Group Matwork

Sonia offers matwork sessions for small groups of 2 or 3 people who are able to engage in Pilates in a COVID compliant way.

 Small-Group Pilates Matwork (up to 6 participants) 

Due to COVID19 restrictions, we are currently unable to offer more than three people per session for matwork.  However, with the easing of lockdown and further Government guidance, this will be considerately reviewed.

Pilates Mat Classes with Sonia

I joined Sonia’s Pilates class around 4 years ago after my wife had attended some sessions.

Whilst having some trepidation in being the only male in a group of 10 I was made to feel very welcome and found the classes greatly beneficial to my overall fitness supporting my other activities of football, skiing and motorcycling.

The sessions were well structured and Sonia’s informal style of instruction and encouragement along with the inclusive environment she created in the class were both highly enjoyable and instructive leading to continuous improvement in my overall wellbeing.

I would recommend Sonia without any reservation, and don’t be frightened if you’re a bloke, she doesn’t bite, but you’ll know you’ve done some work after a session!
